Testing Sites

Apart from Landscape Laboratories, which focus on transformation and implementation of measure complexes in the whole landscape, FInAL established separate testing sites (‘Maßnahmenwerkstätten’). These are used to test innovative cultivation methods, measures, and cultures from the area of renewable resources. Examples for these are cultivations of cup plants, maize mixed with common sainfoin or investigation of new methods of integrated pest management outside of Landscape Laboratories.
